Who We Are

Owner Finance Homes is in the business of facilitating the sales of single family houses without traditional mortgages or bank involvement. We locate and qualify buyers who have less than perfect credit, but who are able to provide a 5% to 10% down payment and are able to make reasonable house payments. These individuals/families typically have steady income and decent credit, but they are unable to qualify for a traditional mortgage. We match these buyers with sellers who are willing to offer the buyer owner financing over a period of 10 to 20 years.
